June 2013 Summary

June's vegetable self-sufficiency score is 33% - same as last month. Sadly this sees the end of the summer vegetables like eggplant, tomato, and capsicum. We do have lots of winter greens on the way though.

  1. Great job! I'm amazed you still have tomatoes and eggplant! Sometimes I wish I lived in a warmer climate... or just had a greenhouse.

    1. I know I was amazed at the tomatoes as well. I did pick them green and ripened them on the window ledge. They did turn red but lacked a little flavour.
